Every belt ships as a single 48-inch strap. You trim it to your exact length and clamp the buckle on — no size to pick, no holes to settle for, and a fit that is actually yours.
Run the strap through your belt loops and pull it where you want it to sit. Mark the strap at the far edge of the buckle — do not go off your pants size.
Cut straight across on your mark. TPE will not fray, split, or unravel at the cut, so the raw edge is a finished edge — nothing to seal or burnish.
Slide the cut end into the buckle and close the latch. It bites down and holds. Open it any time to re-trim, swap a buckle, or move it to another strap.
1½ in wide, 48 in long, fits waists up to about 44 in. Standard width — it runs through any belt loop cut for leather.
Leave an extra inch on the first cut and wear it a day. You can always take more off — you cannot put it back.
Cut it wrong and we will send you a replacement strap at cost. It happens.
